Carrefour Brazil has successfully implemented a Janis's new platform in its more than 300 stores, marking an important step forward in improving the shopping experience for its customers. This migration includes new Order and Delivery modules, as well as new Management Monitors, which ensure a more agile and efficient service, significantly improving the shopping experience of your customers.
The new Janis platform has been designed to manage the diversity and volume of operations that characterize Carrefour, from small stores and pharmacies, to large establishments.
Janis's advanced modules allow Carrefour to offer a more personalized and efficient service. The Orders module facilitates faster order processing and incorporates improvements in picking and packing management from the App. Carrefour now has the integration of a landing for Candidate Substitutes with Whatsapp, which offers greater agility in communicating for replacements of its clients' products. In terms of deliveries, Carrefour was able to digitize the Pickup and Drive process in a 100% digital way with the new delivery app.
For their part, the new Management Monitors allow Carrefour teams to monitor and adjust operations in real time, ensuring maximum efficiency and ensuring smooth communication with buyers.
